SweetTart battles an eccentric female desperado whose gimmick is committing robberies on a strange robotic horse that she rides facing wrong-way-round. Plus, Buddy protects a defenseless baby bird from the marauding maw of a hungry cat, and Ditzi goes for a delightful drive.

Summary:
While out on patrol, SweetTart runs across a strange girl dressed in a sexy cowgirl outfit. As if that isn't unusual, she's riding a flying horse and turned around looking over the back end of it rather than facing forward. Confused as hell, SweetTart can't help but follow her. The brazen female cowpoke, The Reverse Cowgirl, makes her way to the nearest financial institution and plays a note on a strange electric guitar which scrambles the circuits of the bank's ATM machine, allowing her to rob it. Spouting a lot of Wild West patter, The Reverse Cowgirl disables, then escapes, both SweetTart and the bank guards.
Later at home Kathryn Tartakoff and her mother are watching TV when they hear the news that Reverse Cowgirl is now robbing the cash machine in a mall kiosk. Kathryn excuses herself, changes to SweetTart, and quickly finds Reverse Cowgirl. Unfortunately she is once again unable to stop her.
SweetTart, drawing on her school newspaper experience, decides to create a phony news story about a showing of Old West artifacts at the University museum to lure the cocky cowgirl into a trap. When Reverse Cowgirl makes her play looking for the honeypot, she is captured by SweetTart and turned over to the local constabulary.
Notes:
- The plot of this story is largely inspired by the 1969 Spider-Man cartoon "Spider-Man vs. Desperado".
- Reverse Cowgirl's special guitar resembled that used by Lt. Col. Bluegrass in the animated series Silverhawks.
- Reverse Cowgirl's weapon uses the same subsonic sound wave tech as Sonida's power suit, suggesting a possible connection between the two villains.
